The Fields
We completed a stunning wrap-around extension to the main property, creating a spacious new kitchen, utility room, and stairwell. Alongside this, we carried out extensive internal alterations and a full exterior repoint, enhancing both the functionality and character of the home.
Link Extension
A comprehensive project to create a single-storey link building between the main house and previous garage; we then converted the garage into a modern kitchen. We installed new floors throughout the garage conversion, created new room layouts and doorways in the main house, and carried out a full property renovation.
Cottage Extension & Renovation
A traditional stone extension to Grove Cottage, built to complement the existing cottage stonework. We worked in partnership with Manning Holden Architects on this project, which combined external and internal renovation alongside the extension work.

“I started work in construction is 2015 as an apprentice to a Derbyshire construction company. I started Ollie Mart Building Services in 2017 part time, building up a reputation in my local area, whilst also working for as an experienced local builder.
As of 2020, I have dedicated my time to OMBS, moving from general building work to more specialised masonry projects. Although primarily a builder’s mason, I still enjoy taking on a wide range of projects including internal renovations and external hard landscaping.
