Work on The Old Coach House in Holloway near Matlock is nearing completion with help from Project Electrical, heating and bathroom installation from Phennex Heating, windows, doors and general joinery fitted by R. Gratton Joinery.

The project is a two-storey modern extension to the existing 4-bedroom property. A mix of new and reclaimed building stone has been used with a new driveway and extensive landscaping works to the front and rear gardens. Over 400 tons needed excavation (thanks to Karl Allsop Groundworks Ltd) with tons of soil, clay stone and rouble being distributed elsewhere on the job. Dry stone walling completed with the help of Matlock Walling.
