Ollie Mart Building worked with a range of quality local contractors to deliver this beautiful patio space and renovation in Crich.

We began by excavating 60 tons of earth to create the space for a retaining wall and patio areas. New set of steps built using reclaimed stone and patio laid using reclaimed flags supplied by @birchoverreclamationltd. Inset down lighters in the pockets of the retaining wall to create warm light in the space thanks to @projanelectrical. Whole extension wall dropped completely, with new footings and faced back in new herringbone stone from @i.dstoneartandmemorials. Aperture created using a steel goal post frame to take a new set of bifold doors supplied by @derwentwindows. The old leaky flat room has been reboarded and EPDM rubber roof fitted by @slaterandmylesroofing. Damp proofing by @acldampproofing. A great team effort by some of the best tradesmen in Derbyshire and their skill clearly shows in the results.
