As Christmas approaches OMBS have been helping Upperwood Boarding Kennels build new facilities to help them offer accommodation to more lucky pets.

Located in Two Dales, Matlock, Upperwood Kennels is proud of its reputation for providing quality personalised dog boarding and cattery services for over 20 years. They provide heated accommodation for dogs and cats as well as secure spaces for exercise.

To help Upperwood provide this great service to even more dogs and cats, OMBS were contracted to expand their kennel runs. This groundworks project started with the removal of old concrete slabs and the reduction of the ground level to cater for the new runs. Drainage and soak away were installed and reinforced concrete poured to provide the new kennel surface. Upperwood preferred to install some of their own fencing and the canopy roofs themselves, so we built dividing walls, installed some fencing and posts plus frames for the new roofing. Everything was back up and running for the dogs by Christmas!
